Aurum's content platform is a trusted hub for legal professionals in Brazil, reaching up to 1 million readers every month. This project involved a complete redesign — rebuilding the platform to enhance user experience, strengthen brand presence, and drive engagement rates, all while integrating new technologies for long-term scalability.

Identifying Gaps and Opportunities

To guide the redesign, I conducted research from both inside and outside Aurum. I collaborated with the content team to understand their challenges and analyzed user behavior and market trends to uncover opportunities.

Aurum Insights

Led alignments with the content team, stakeholders, and writers to understand challenges, expectations, and workflow.

Market Research

Researched content market trends to understand best practices and the latest content consumption patterns.

User Research

Analyzed UX data and user interactions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.


Key challenges and Insights

After collaborating with the team and analyzing the research, I identified and mapped the key challenges across the platform. By categorizing them into topics such as functionality, conversion, interface, and branding, I pinpointed the areas where we could make the most significant improvements.

Crafting Solutions

After identifying the key challenges, I worked closely with the team to develop a set of targeted solutions. These solutions were crafted to address platform issues, focusing on building a new platform with an enhanced user experience, new features, improved content presentation, better engagement rates and scalability for future growth.

Staging Environment and Testing
